The Thirsty Barman aims to highlight the unsung heroes in the F&B scene. With most of the focus going to chefs, and head bartenders or owners, the Thirsty Barman wants to put the spotlight on front-of-house staff.

The Thirsty Barman was started by a group of F&B enthusiasts, who have dwelled in an array of F&B concepts. Noting the lack of attention the FOH gets, the Thirsty Barman was brought to birth over drinks, to give these unsung heroes a platform to showcase themselves in a different light.

Let's get to know these people inside out, and give them the credit they deserve. Heck, being on your feet, putting a smile on, and multitasking like mad ain't no easy feat.
